• Design and build end-to-end software solutions for testing and AI evaluation, including automation frameworks, evaluation pipelines, and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Develop AI-driven applications using LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex to automate test case generation, log analysis, and defect triage.
• Build the technical foundation of the AI Evaluation Service, including pipelines, scoring engines, and benchmarking tools for global clients.
• Integrate modern AI capabilities such as RAG, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering into internal QA platforms.
• Analyze and improve manual testing and business analysis workflows by delivering AI-based software solutions.
• Collaborate with QA leads and clients to translate technical requirements into shippable software.
• Continuously research and prototype emerging AI tools and productionize valuable frameworks.
• Champion engineering best practices like CI/CD and system design, while mentoring junior team members.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a record of shipping production-grade applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in at least one of Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals including design patterns, API design, CI/CD, and code review.
• Hands-on experience building backend services, REST/gRPC APIs, or developer tools.
• Practical experience with AI coding assistants and integrating LLM APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI.
• Working knowledge of LLM concepts such as RAG, embeddings, and agentic patterns.
• Exposure to at least one LLM orchestration framework.
• Familiarity with software testing concepts like the test pyramid and test automation.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills; Japanese skills are a plus.
