Trách nhiệm chính
- Enable transport activities by executing bookings, entering orders, and generating export documentation while liaising with Customer Care Specialists.
- Create and complete shipment details in the internal transport management system, coordinate stakeholders, organize transport based on customer promise, obtain DG approvals, and handle discrepancies.
- Monitor and report operational performance of carriers and vendors, ensuring strong data quality for accurate customer reporting.
- Create files for consolidation containers (Master).
- Review and ensure alignment of shipping instructions, clarifying deviations/conflicts, considering country regulations, export compliance, rate and routing information.
- Ensure departure confirmations (or deviations) are shared with CCLs.
- Ensure cost awareness and efficiency through timely, accurate cost/revenue updates, including profit maximization.
- Check and verify incoming supplier invoices, initiating and resolving rate discrepancies.
- Support and resolve claims and disputes.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Sea Logistics or a similar position.
- Strong understanding of import/export operations and booking processes.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to work overtime and manage high-pressure situations, especially during peak seasons.
