직무 소개

Mô tả công việc
* Lead, coach, and manage the B2B sales team to achieve revenue targets.
* Set sales goals, KPIs, monitor team performance and sales pipeline.
* Drive sales of Cloud & Security solutions; develop new markets and strategic accounts.
* Manage B2B sales cycles: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and deal closing.
* Collaborate with Presales/Technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
* Prepare sales plans, revenue forecasts, and regular performance reports.
