Forecasting, Purchase Orders, and Customs:
+ Analyze and summarize forecast/production plans and purchase orders from customer systems.
+ Process new contracts and customer purchase orders, generating internal purchase orders for subsidiary companies.
+ Manage customs clearance procedures, including preparing shipping documents, advising on HS codes and product descriptions, checking customs sheets, processing tax payments, and ensuring accurate documentation for invoice and payment requests.
Delivery, Warehouse, and Billing:
+ Coordinate with logistics and warehouse partners to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory management (stock-in, stock-out, lot numbers, packaging).
+ Address customer inquiries and collaborate with suppliers regarding quality control, inspections, and health & safety compliance.
+ Prepare billing statements for the accounting department and send invoices and other required documents to customers.
+ Manage customer payment requests and generate reports.
Additional Responsibilities:
+ Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
– At least 1 year of experience in logistics and sales (indoor activities).
– Strong communication and writing skills in English (Japanese language is a plus).
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
– Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and proactively.
– Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure.
– Open-minded, collaborative, and supportive team player.
– Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (when necessary).
