• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop Flows.
• Build end‑to‑end automation solutions that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Integrate systems and applications through APIs, connectors, and Microsoft technologies.
• Support, monitor, and optimize production automations to ensure reliability and performance.
• Participate in solution design, testing, code reviews, documentation, and release activities.
• Continuously improve existing automations and promote automation best practices.
• Support governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Share knowledge with team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Take ownership of assigned solutions and help resolve technical challenges.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Good English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in RPA, workflow automation, or Power Platform development.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, Power Apps, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Solid understanding of workflow automation, process design, and RPA best practices.
• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, connectors, and data flows.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting production automation solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Proven experience leading a project or support team in a Technical Lead capacity.
• Ability to take technical ownership of solutions and guide development activities.
