QA Assistant Manager

1. Quality Management System
– Establish, implement, maintain and improve Quality Management Systems such as: ISO 9001, ANSI/ESD S20.20.
– Develop, review, update, and control: Quality policies, procedures, work instructions standards, and records.
– Ensure company-wide compliance with quality system requirements.
2. Product Quality Assurance
– Manage quality control activities including: Incoming Quality Control (IQC), in-Process Quality Control (IPQC), outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
– Define inspection criteria, control plans, and inspection/testing methods.
– Review and approve: First Article Inspection (FAI), PPAP, Control Plans (if applicable).
– Analyze nonconformities and defects using problem solving tools such as: 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis.
– Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
3. Audit and Compliance
– Plan and conduct internal quality audits.
– Act as the main contact for: Customer audits, Certification bodies, Regulatory or external assessment organizations.
– Ensure timely closure of audit findings and nonconformities.
4. Cross Functional Coordination
– Work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, R&D, and other departments to: Resolve quality issues, improve processes, reduce defects and quality risks.
5. New Product Development & Sales Coordination
– Work closely with Sales teams to understand customer quality requirements, specifications, and expectations for new products.
– Support quality planning and risk assessment for new product development and new product introduction (NPI) activities.
– Provide quality-related input and feedback to Sales during quotation, sample submission, and pre-production stages.

• Salary: Up to VND 40,000,000 gross/month, depending on the candidate’s experience and interview performance.
• Fuel Allowance: VND 300,000/person/month, calculated based on actual working days and applicable to employees who use their personal vehicles.
• Attendance Allowance: VND 400,000/person/month.
• Japanese Language Allowance:
  • JLPT N3: VND 400,000/month
  • JLPT N2: VND 500,000/month
  • JLPT N1: VND 1,000,000/month
• Other Benefits: Funeral and wedding allowances, company trips, bonuses, and other benefits in accordance with company regulations.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 (Saturday & Sunday: Off)

Regular Route:

Nhon → Cau Dien → Ho Tung Mau → Pham Van Dong → Thang Long Bridge → Overpass at Gate A, Thang Long Industrial Park (Kim No) → Company

Temporary Route:

Due to ongoing road construction and repairs in several areas, the shuttle bus is currently operating on the following temporary route:

Nhon → Van Tien Dung → Hanoi University of Mining and Geology → Nguyen Dinh Tu → Thang Long Bridge → Overpass at Gate A, Thang Long Industrial Park (Kim No) → Company

• Gender: Female preferred.
• Age: 30–40 years old.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Engineering, Quality Management, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Chemical, Materials, or related fields.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, including 2–3 years in quality management/supervisory roles.
  • Experience in the electronics industry or related industries (plating, dyeing, etc.) is preferred.
  • Experience working with customers and external audits is required.
• Professional Expertise: Experience in managing/operating QMS, ISO, ESD, and process quality management; knowledge of quality standards, problem-solving, data analysis, and improvement tools.
• English: Good command of all four skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing, with the ability to use English effectively at work.
• Japanese: Japanese language skills are an advantage.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Location & Transportation: Candidates living in Yen Phong, Bac Ninh or with convenient commuting access are preferred. Candidates outside the company shuttle bus route must have their own transportation.
• Availability: Candidates who can start immediately are preferred.
