Trách nhiệm chính
- Oversee facilities portfolio in Vietnam covering facilities planning, project management, and lease management.
- Direct the design, ordering, and installation of equipment and furniture, and coordinate physical moves into new locations to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Plan and recommend financial budgets, provide technical support, negotiate, award, and administer contracts to comply with business plans.
- Maintain accurate financial and construction records, audit and approve all applications for payments.
- Manage and coordinate requirements for the planning, design, and consult on the development of facility projects to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within approved budgets.
- Develop capital and lease expenditure requests for projects, conduct market studies, develop and coordinate leases, and negotiate in conjunction with the regional business plan.
- Manage all facility-related projects and leases for airport and off‑airport facilities.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering/Construction/Real Estate, or similar discipline.
- Min 3 years of project management experience in facilities design, construction, real estate, and/or administration of capital projects.
- Knowledge on real estate market trends and property values.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Logical thinking and capable of articulating complex problems and solutions, project management in best practice.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
