• Coordinate all aspects of the project throughout the software development lifecycle using established methodologies.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and documentation.
• Hold service review meetings with customers, monthly, and quarterly governance meetings.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to customers, management, and stakeholders.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all project documentation.
• Ensure normal service operation is restored as quickly as possible and the business impact is minimized.
• Gather and support the creation of requirements documentation.
• Write or review design and implementation documents when necessary.
• Deliver future state roadmaps and assist with evangelizing strategy and roadmaps to customer’s internal business groups.
• Assist with operational architectural design and guidance on the existing platform.
• Ensure best practices and quality standards are followed throughout the project.
• Support testing and deployment activities, including post‑go‑live processes.
• Manage teams of up to 20 people, working directly with customers and other stakeholders to deliver the project.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance support to team members.
• Be involved in the recruitment/interview process when needed.
• Approve software tools, licenses, and project‑related purchases when appropriate.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Work closely with onshore teams, customers, and directors as required.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure successful delivery.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 3+ years of project management experience.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and people management abilities.
• PMP, iTIL certification is a plus.

• Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes.
