Trách nhiệm chính

Lead end-to-end IT project management activities from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
Monitor and report project progress to senior management and steering committees.
Manage communication and facilitate meetings among business units, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Oversee implementation of banking technology including Core Banking, Digital/Mobile/Internet Banking, Payment systems, Loan Origination, Treasury, CRM, and Data Analytics.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, information security, and internal governance frameworks.
Manage relationships with technology vendors and system integrators.
Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies and oversee UAT and post-implementation support.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in IT project management.
3+ years of experience managing banking or financial services technology projects.
Proven track record in delivering enterprise-level technology implementations.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Master's degree.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or ITIL Foundation.
