Trách nhiệm chính
- Lead and coach Product Marketing Specialists to enhance team capability and business performance.
- Drive high-quality tender preparation and execution, ensuring competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend tailored product and service solutions.
- Review and challenge commercial terms, pricing strategies, and value propositions to maximize business outcomes.
- Identify contractual and commercial risks within tenders and develop mitigation plans proactively.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Product Management teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to support long-term growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tender quality, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Tendering, Sales, Business Development, or similar functions.
- At least 2 years of experience leading projects, mentoring colleagues, or coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in pricing, tendering, contract review, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
