Trách nhiệm chính
- Ship features end-to-end, from understanding needs with founders and operators to spec, build, and release, with support along the way.
- Build and evolve SmartPricing & SmartMarketing agents, including pricing rules, targeting logic, and performance monitoring.
- Make booking effortless by creating seamless booking experiences with instant payment embedded in operators' websites.
- Wire up integrations to sync data with coworking CRMs, inventory systems, and analytics tools, preventing double bookings.
- Pull data from revenue, Mixpanel, GA4/GTM funnel data, and operator feedback to form opinions and decide on priorities.
- Write clear specs and pull‑request descriptions to keep an async, distributed team aligned across time zones.
Yêu cầu
- Vietnamese, based in Ho Chi Minh City. Hired on a Vietnamese employment contract. No visa sponsorship or relocation funding.
- Solid CS fundamentals: understanding of data structures, APIs, and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable with basics: Git, reading existing code, writing tests, and jumping into unfamiliar parts of a codebase.
- Some experience with Ruby, TypeScript, or Python; expect to learn fast.
- A project we can look at: at least one thing you built that works—side project, open source, internship, hackathon, or coursework—with a link and a clear story.
- AI‑native: use Claude and Cursor daily and know where they shine and where they break down.
- Writing and reading English for async work; speaking can be conversational.
- Agency: spot things, fix things, ship things—don’t wait to be told.
Mức lương
- Salary: up to 26M VND/month GROSS.
