- Create clear, engaging emails for users and customers.
- Research topics and organize technical information in an easy-to-follow way.
- Review and edit content to make sure it's accurate and easy to read.

- Some experience writing technical guides, tutorials, emails, or similar content.
- Ability to explain technical topics in plain English.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

- 388,000₫ - 517,000₫ per hour
