description About This Job

Trách nhiệm chính

  • Lắp ráp linh kiện điện tử, chủ yếu là bộ dây điện sử dụng trong xe ô tô.
  • Thực hiện các công đoạn lắp ráp theo dây chuyền và hướng dẫn sản xuất.
  • Làm việc theo ca và thực hiện tăng ca theo kế hoạch sản xuất.
  • Công việc thủ công, thao tác đơn giản, nhẹ nhàng.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Nam từ 18–43 tuổi, Nữ từ 18–45 tuổi.
  • Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm, sẽ được đào tạo lý thuyết và thực hành bài bản.
  • Không có hình xăm lớn, tóc không nhuộm màu sáng.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

  • Có tinh thần cẩn thận, năng động, chủ động và sức khỏe tốt.

Mức lương

  • Lương cơ bản: 10.000.000 - 13.000.000 VND/tháng.
  • Thưởng nhận việc: 4.500.000đ (Chi tiết: 1.000.000đ sau 1 tuần, 1.000.000đ sau 30 ngày, 2.500.000đ sau 3 tháng).
  • Phụ cấp: Nhà ở 600.000đ/tháng hoặc KTX miễn phí; Đi lại 200.000đ/tháng hoặc xe bus miễn phí; Ca đêm 40%.
  • Phụ cấp liên tục: 200.000đ/tháng (tăng lên 400.000đ từ 09–12/2026).
  • Thưởng chuyên cần: 500.000đ từ 07–09/2026.
  • Tăng ca: Ngày thường 150%, Chủ nhật/ngày nghỉ 200%, Ngày lễ 300%.
  • Thưởng tháng 13, thưởng Tết, lì xì đầu năm, thưởng hiệu suất và bốc thăm trúng thưởng.

  • Du lịch hằng năm, tiệc tất niên, team building và các hoạt động gắn kết.

Hình thức làm việc

  • Môi trường máy lạnh, sạch sẽ, không bụi, không ồn.
  • Làm việc theo ca xoay: Ca ngày 07:30 – 16:30, Ca đêm 21:00 – 05:00 hôm sau.
  • Thời gian tăng ca từ 19:00 – 21:00.
  • Nghỉ giải lao 10 phút mỗi 2 giờ làm việc.
  • Nghỉ ăn cơm: 60 phút (ca ngày) hoặc 45 phút (ca đêm).
  • Ngoài Chủ nhật, được nghỉ thêm 01 ngày thứ Bảy hưởng nguyên lương mỗi tháng.

  • Cơ hội xét duyệt nhân viên xuất sắc và thăng tiến rõ ràng.
  • Phụ cấp ngoại ngữ theo trình độ/chứng chỉ.
  • Địa điểm làm việc: Đường số 14, Khu Chế Xuất, Tân Thuận, Hồ Chí Minh.
