Trách nhiệm chính
- Monitor day‑to‑day performance of customs‑related suppliers, identifying and addressing issues.
- Update customers daily on status updates and provide solutions to queries raised by customs officers.
- Answer customer enquiries relating to customs procedures, tariff classifications, and duty rates.
- Create standard operating procedures, identify business risks, and provide training.
- Conduct regular audits and quality control checks on customs documentation.
- Keep abreast of latest customs laws and regulations, ensuring the organization adapts to changes effectively while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
- Attend customs examinations and ensure relevant certifications are valid.
- Arrange product re‑classification with customs ruling department.
- Liaise with customs‑related suppliers and service providers to obtain quotations and support tender submissions and new business opportunities.
- Proactively monitor changes in customs laws and regulations, communicate operational impacts, and drive compliance implementation across relevant stakeholders.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (Foreign Trade) or Import‑Export Administration.
- At least 4 years of experience in import and export operations, with strong knowledge of customs procedures and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to effectively coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government authorities.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage daily customs activities and meet operational deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
