Trách nhiệm chính
- Continuously build knowledge of GSK multi‑channel brand strategies and apply it effectively in detailing activities.
- Build comprehensive disease and pathology knowledge to support decision‑making with health‑care professionals.
- Analyze territory performance dynamics using multiple data sources, identify trends and opportunities, and develop multi‑channel activity plans aligned with ASMART objectives.
- Implement multi‑channel activity plans, track performance with KPIs, and adjust plans as needed.
- Engage health‑care professionals through effective detailing approaches, prepare and execute detailing to uncover opportunities, make recommendations, address objections, and close deals.
- Measure call performance, seek feedback, and continuously improve.
- Build collaborative internal and external relationships to enhance the HCP journey and channel feedback into the organization.
- Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with laws, codes of conduct, policies and frameworks in which GSK operates.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
- Solid scientific knowledge with the ability to clearly communicate complex medical and scientific information.
- Demonstrates adaptability, resilience, and a strong results‑oriented mindset.
- Strong planning and execution skills with an analytical and strategic mindset.
