About This Job

- Take ownership of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, planning, launching, managing and optimising them.
- Drive cost‑effective lead generation by continuously improving CPL, lead quality and conversion performance.
- Analyse key metrics (CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CAC) and translate insights into actionable optimisations.
- Conduct structured testing of audiences, creatives, messaging, objectives and landing pages to identify growth opportunities.
- Research market trends, competitor activity and target audience behaviour to inform campaign strategy and creative concepts.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience, ideally 3+ years.
- Proven track record managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, audience targeting, conversion tracking and budget management.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
- Proactive attitude, ownership mindset and commitment to continuous learning.

- Experience in marketing education, enrichment or consumer services.
- Experience generating leads via WhatsApp campaigns and landing pages.
- Knowledge of CRO and landing page performance optimisation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tracking leads through the sales funnel.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI or similar platforms.
- Ability to produce advertising creatives, short‑form videos or persuasive copy.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and organic search strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation and reporting dashboards.
- Familiarity with the Singapore consumer market.
