• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop technical learning solutions that address identified skill gaps and support NAB’s capability development.
• Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimisation of learning management systems and related platforms to ensure effective content delivery and learner experience.
• Collaborate with the Head of Technical Development Advisory and senior stakeholders to align learning initiatives with strategic priorities and transformation objectives.
• Serve as the lead technical expert, with a deep understanding of how Engineering teams operate, their capability requirements, and the learning solutions that support their performance, growth, and business needs.
• Demonstrate hands‑on coding expertise and the ability to develop custom technical learning assets, including practice exercises, assessments, and simulations that support specialised engineering uplift programs and certification pathways.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards across all learning content and delivery.
• Develop and report on key performance metrics, learning analytics, and program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent learning experiences across multiple locations.

Yêu cầu

• 5+ years experience in learning content design and development within a technology or corporate environment.
• Proven track record in program management and delivery of large‑scale learning initiatives.
• At least one technical accreditation such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Expert, Google Cloud Architect, etc.
• Experience administering and optimising learning management systems and educational technology platforms.
• Background in working with technical subject matter experts and translating technical content into effective learning experiences.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT environments.
• Strong program and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in advising learning technologies, authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate), and LMS platforms.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities using tools such as Power BI.
• Ability to advise complex technical concepts into accessible learning framework.
• Understanding of modern engineering practices (Agile, DevOps, Cloud, CI/CD).
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: ensuring all learning frameworks and programs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Consultant mindset: comfortable proactively engaging with senior stakeholders to discuss their business needs.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborating internal technology stakeholders to deliver integrated learning framework solutions.
• Assessment & Analytics: implementing robust evaluation frameworks and leveraging learning analytics to measure program effectiveness, learner outcomes, and ROI.
