• Manage operations activities of Customs Brokerage service providers to ensure high standard compliance with local customs authority and Intel's expectations as specified in master contract/SOW/SLG/SOP.
• Drive supplier performance improvements, act as escalation point for supplier performance issues, and partner with other Logistics functions and site/VF stakeholders to execute Customs processes and solutions through supplier development projects and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Monitor operations key metrics and implement best practices to ensure all operational activities adhere to laws, guidelines, and Intel's standard requirements, supporting compliance activities driven by site/VF.
• Report progress against agreed schedule, scope, cost, and quality constraints to senior leaders on a regular basis.
• Manage suppliers to meet or exceed performance goals and targets, serve as escalation point for performance concerns, and identify and drive supplier performance improvement.
• Monitor and benchmark supplier services against the service level agreement, supporting cost‑saving opportunities.
• Guide suppliers to evolve their service levels in line with Intel requirements.
• Gather data on existing processes from partners, stakeholders, customers and analyze it to discover areas of defects, inefficiencies, or escalations.
• Track and resolve operations exceptions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assure the most efficient delivery of services and products to customers.
• Utilize analytical and advanced technology skills to develop logistics solutions that drive Intel's business execution optimally.
• Build solid relationships with cross‑functional teams and logistics service providers, ensuring smooth process flow and collaboration, and manage critical escalations arising in the logistics network to minimize impact on customer service.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in Customs Brokerage field.
• Familiarity with logistics systems and Customs compliance requirements/systems/programs/strategies as published by local Customs and other authorities.
• Advanced skills in analytics tools and automation solutions for performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and standards such as ISO9001, FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to perform data‑driven problem solving and develop scalable operational solutions.
