Trách nhiệm chính
- Review contracts and agreements in foreign languages based on the relevant checklist and provide advice.
- Draft and control internal rules and regulations in accordance with relevant laws.
- Coordinate with other departments on contract performance of project teams and address any legal issues.
- Guide and supervise related departments to operate in compliance with laws and internal contract management rules.
- Research laws, legal and commercial practices of countries that have business relationships with FPT Software.
- Review and systematize legal documents and contract management processes related to the company’s operation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in legal or contract management.
- Knowledge in reviewing and developing internal rules and regulations in contract management and/or relevant laws.
- Good command of English (TOEIC >800).
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Honest, hard-working, passionate, proactive with high responsibility.

- Experience working in foreign markets and experience in software projects is an advantage.
- Having another foreign language is an advantage.
