Trách nhiệm chính

• Morning Duty: Receive children, check children’s well-being, ensure proper attire and grooming, teach children how to greet others, apply sunblock and insect repellent as needed.
• During Lessons: Assist teachers with classroom tasks, guide children in completing their work, oversee student movement between classes, maintain classroom order, be punctual and ensure smooth transitions between lessons.
• Toileting/Showering/Hygiene: Oversee and assist with toilet routines, handwashing, hygiene practices, potty train toddlers, ensure privacy during shower time.
• Meal/Lunch Time: Ensure children wash hands and eat properly, supervise tooth brushing, avoid sharing personal food.
• Nap/Rest Time: Monitor children during nap time, avoid using mobile phones while children are awake, supervise library visits for kindergarten students if requested by parents.
• End of Day: Clean and tidy classroom, materials, toys/resources, ensure students take home phonics words, homework, reading books, monitor and replenish stationery, assist in collecting class supplies, ensure children are fetched by correct guardians, assist security during pick-up.
• Handling Sick Children and Allergies: Be aware of children’s allergies, manage them carefully, take sick students to nurse, follow procedures for seizures, report medication found.
• Classroom and Teacher Support: Work collaboratively with teachers, assist in preparation and delivery of instructional materials, support individualized instruction, take photographs, support teachers in marking attendance, provide learning support and co-teach when appropriate.
• Communication: Read and respond to emails, use Slack for communication, ensure photo available on Slack, maintain open communication with teachers and staff.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety policies, participate in emergency drills.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Promote inclusive environment, support multicultural perspectives.
• Other Duties: Label children’s items, take care of school property, save electricity and paper, follow instructions, no mobile phone usage, contribute to positive school culture.
• After-school Activities (CCA Duty): Ensure student safety, collaborate with instructors, engage students, assist with academic support, manage behavior, prepare materials, maintain attendance records, communicate with parents, bring creativity, keep activity area clean, take monthly photos.
• Bus Duty (if applicable): Assist in ensuring safety and supervision during bus rides.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning, stay informed about educational practices.

• Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm: Kinh nghiệm làm việc với trẻ mẫu giáo hoặc trẻ em sớm là bắt buộc.

• Yêu cầu chuyên môn: Chứng chỉ liên quan đến giáo dục mầm non, giáo dục đặc biệt hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan là có lợi.
• Kinh nghiệm hỗ trợ giáo viên trong quản lý lớp học và giao hàng.
• Kinh nghiệm với nhu cầu giáo dục đặc biệt (SEN) là có lợi.
• Kiến thức về IEYC, IPC, Cambridge hoặc các chương trình quốc tế khác là một lợi thế.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Vietnamese is required.
• Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude towards students.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
• Strong time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to organise educational materials and resources.
