Trách nhiệm chính

• Own key user‑facing payment journeys and continuously improve usability, conversion and adoption.
• Translate user problems, business needs and technical constraints into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.
• Define product priorities and contribute to the roadmap based on user impact, business value, technical feasibility and data.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Design, Engineering, Data, Business, Operations and other Product teams to deliver solutions, resolve dependencies and ensure effective delivery.
• Identify and develop user engagement opportunities across payment journeys, convert proven patterns into reusable capabilities and scale them across merchants and use cases.
• Define and monitor key product metrics, use data and insights to prioritize improvements, evaluate performance post‑launch and recommend optimizations.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Economics or related discipline, or equivalent practical product experience.
• Approximately 4–6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development or related digital‑product roles.
• Demonstrated experience owning user‑facing products or product journeys from problem definition through launch and optimization.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design and Data teams.
• Experience in fintech, payment, e‑wallet, checkout, QR payment or consumer financial products is a strong advantage.
