About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Technical support including installation, startup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of exposure equipment for semiconductor and PCB lines.
- Handle customer complaints and provide hands‑on, quick resolution for complex technical issues with key Korean clients.
- Manage revenue targets, costs, profits, spare parts, and inventory for the CS department.
- Lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and develop skills for the local engineering team.
- Report progress and closely collaborate with HQ in Japan and Regional HQ (Singapore).
- Build strong relationships with clients and execute local service business strategies.
Yêu cầu
- Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học
- Native Korean Speaker
- Business English
- 5+ năm Field Engineer / Service Engineer trong ngành thiết bị bán dẫn
- 3+ năm kinh nghiệm quản lý/đội nhóm
- Yêu cầu giới tính: Nam/Nữ
Mức lương
- Mức lương: Từ 100 triệu VNĐ
