Trách nhiệm chính
- Elicit and define business requirements from Japanese and English‑speaking clients.
- Translate requirements into user stories, mockups, non‑functional requirements, and detailed technical specifications (SRS/BRD).
- Act as the primary communication bridge between clients and engineering teams, clarifying business logic during development.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to review deliverables, control output quality, and support user acceptance.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on IT Business Analyst experience.
- Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience creating user stories, wireframes/mockups, system flows, and presenting solutions to customers.
- Basic programming knowledge and solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Domain knowledge or project experience in Supply Chain / Logistics.
Mức lương
- Up to 90,000,000₫ per month.
