Trách nhiệm chính
- Lead and oversee UOA Vietnam’s corporate IT strategy and operations, ensuring a secure, reliable, resilient and cost‑effective IT environment that supports business objectives and organisational growth.
- Align business needs with technology solutions, develop and manage annual and multi‑year IT plans, investment roadmaps and budgets, and control costs.
- Manage IT infrastructure and services, including network, server, cloud, Microsoft 365, LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi, endpoints, IAM, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Lead IT service delivery, user support, incident and problem management, establish SLAs and improve service quality.
- Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, risk assessments, incident response, employee training and security tool selection.
- Manage vendors, contracts, asset register, software licenses and ensure compliance with service levels.
- Coordinate with Group IT and headquarters on strategy, standards, policies, reporting and risk assessments.
- Define IT requirements for new office buildings, coordinate with project and building teams, and ensure readiness before occupancy.
- Lead, coach and develop the IT Executive, set priorities, monitor performance and promote accountability.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant IT experience, including 2–3 years in a team lead or IT management role.
- Experience in infrastructure and systems management, cybersecurity, IT service delivery, budgeting and vendor management.
- Solid knowledge of IT networking, infrastructure, servers, cloud services, email and collaboration platforms.
- Experience with endpoint management, identity and access management, cybersecurity fundamentals, backup and disaster recovery.
- Understanding of IT governance, risk management, IT budgeting, vendor contracts and software licensing.
- Good written and spoken English for reporting, documentation and communication with Group IT, headquarters and vendors.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Experience in real estate, construction, property management or a multinational/foreign‑invested company.
- Familiarity with interfaces between corporate IT networks and building systems.
- Hands‑on operation or maintenance of building engineering systems is not required.
