Trách nhiệm chính
- Execute risk-based auditing activities related to sales and marketing to ensure compliance with company policies and protect resources.
- Lead Field Force compliance, investigation, and discipline initiatives (40% of role).
- Conduct Process Audit, Field Audit, and Control Monitoring, including quarterly Process audit, Distributors audit, Retailer store stock checks, and Ethical audits.
- Perform data analysis on commercial and operational systems to support management decisions and execute strategic projects.
- Manage external party vendors and other assigned tasks.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Auditing, Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Audit, Control, or Finance, preferably in Big 4 or MNC FMCG companies.
- Proven experience as Field Trade Audit, Internal Audit, or External Audit.
- Experience with internal control frameworks and risk-based auditing techniques.
- Familiarity with accounting standards such as VAS and US GAAP.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to support decision-making and audit findings.
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
- Experience working in diverse, cross-functional teams and delivering results within tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
- Good command of English.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Internationally recognized accounting or auditing certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
- Experience in forensic audit.
- Strong commercial insights from field audit experience.
- Affinity with general IT and information systems (SAP, DMS).
