About This Job

- Implement activation plans with agents to increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of health ecosystem services and solutions.
- Execute in-app customer engagement campaigns that drive participation in health and wellness programs.
- Monitor customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and promote new health ecosystem initiatives.
- Manage Health & Wellness content hub.
- Coordinate and execute health ecosystem campaigns, events, workshops, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with marketing, digital, operations, and product teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage campaign timelines, stakeholder communications, and performance tracking.
- Gather partners’ feedback and recommend improvements to services, processes, and customer experiences.
- Collaborate with Health Ecosystem Planning team to track and analyze key activation metrics such as active user rates, service utilization, partner participation, customer satisfaction and NPS, campaign ROI.
- Prepare regular reports and collect relevant insights for management.
- Stay informed about healthcare, wellness, digital health, and ecosystem trends.
- Support process enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Support activation and ongoing engagement of healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, wellness partners, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
- Coordinate with partners to develop joint campaigns, events, and initiatives that drive ecosystem utilization.
- Handle team’s administrative process & ensure related documentation is in place.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, health-tech, customer engagement, partnership management, business development, or ecosystem management.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder relationships.
