About This Job

- Support in executing and managing the deal pipeline: coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders during the deal process
- Perform financial and business analysis to support investment evaluation
- Prepare investment research, analysis, reports, and presentation materials for internal review
- Support in monitoring and managing investees: track performance and developments of existing investments in the portfolio
- Prepare periodic updates and reports on earnings, business performance, and key issues
- Assist in identifying potential value‑creation opportunities
- Support in managing land portfolio: conduct market research and analysis on the Group’s land portfolio and potential investment opportunities
- Prepare reports and updates for internal decision‑making
- Assist with land transaction procedures, including acquisition, disposal, and other relevant processes, as well as ongoing portfolio management
- Other tasks requested by Group Investment Lead
Yêu cầu
- Good mindset on Investment & Business with high sense of integrity
- At least 3 year‑experienced in similar assignments
- Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance
- Be fluent in English all skills
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
- Good at presentation with insightful visual displays

- Prior experience in real estate investment, land investment or financial investment products is preferred
