About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Support project management activities, particularly in sample production and testing coordination, ensuring tasks are tracked and completed on schedule.
- Support process digitalization initiatives by developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and simple applications using tools such as Power BI and Power Apps.
- Assist in procurement-related activities, including purchase requests, supplier coordination, and documentation support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support logistics and import–export operations, including shipment coordination and document preparation.
- Manage and track equipment, samples, and consumables, ensuring proper availability and usage control.
Yêu cầu
- Final-year student or having less than 1 year of working experience, majoring in Materials Science, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering or other related technical fields.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; IT skills related to Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Macro, or VB Script in Excel are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, creativity and problem‑solving abilities are advantages.
