- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights.
- Move around, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Ensure a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional uniform, appearance, and communication.

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience.
- No supervisory experience.
- No license or certification required.
