Trách nhiệm chính
- Run and improve existing workflows; build new ones from scratch.
- Grow learner sign‑ups from organic channels.
- Plan, brief and produce UGC‑style content that drives sign‑ups.
- Build landing pages and funnels with AI coding tools to test new growth ideas, deploy them, and coordinate with the tech team.
- Improve the journey from sign‑up to activation to paid order: onboarding, lifecycle messages, offers and checkout.
- Run and improve existing automation workflows and build new ones when needed.
- Run experiments, read results and share learnings with the team.
- Work closely with the PLG BU Head and the Product‑Tech team.
Yêu cầu
- 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing or a related role, with a solid foundation in funnels, acquisition, activation, conversion and retention.
- Understands the basics of product‑led growth (PLG).
- Proficient in English for professional work: B2 level or equivalent.
- Uses AI as a core daily work tool.
- Hands‑on experience building automation workflows with n8n, Make, Zapier or Google Apps Script.
- Good sense for short‑form and UGC content.
- Data‑driven mindset: comfortable with conversion rates, forming hypotheses and reading test results.
- Fast, proactive and curious; enjoys learning and trying new things.

Mức lương
- Thu nhập hàng tháng dao động từ 15.000.000 đến 18.000.000 VND.
