About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Design static posts, carousels, Stories and ad sets for LinkedIn, Instagram and paid campaigns, resizing and adapting across formats.
- Produce hero images, section graphics, product illustrations and landing page assets from Figma files and the design system.
- Create booth graphics, banners, pull‑up stands, flyers, booklets and swag artwork with print‑ready files and correct specs.
- Lay out sales decks, one‑pagers, case studies, newsletters and email graphics.
- Build full campaign kits from a key visual so one idea works across every channel.
- Adapt assets for Australia, Japan and the US, including localised versions.
- Apply the Project Horizon design system consistently and keep source files organised for the team.
Yêu cầu
- 2 to 5 years' experience as a graphic designer, ideally in‑house at a tech brand or at an agency.
- Portfolio showing range across digital and print: social, web, events and collateral.
- Strong layout, typography and colour skills, with an eye for detail.
- Experience working within an existing brand system and design system.
- Confident written and spoken English, enough to take briefs and present work on video calls.
- Comfortable working with a Sydney‑based lead over video and Slack.
- Able to manage several briefs at once and hit deadlines without being chased.

- Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS or B2B marketing.
- Experience preparing artwork for trade shows or large‑format print.
