Về công việc
Trách nhiệm chính
- Review and translate Tech Packs from English to Vietnamese.
- Coordinate with vendor/sourcing to meet proto sampling requests.
- Follow up sample requests from 1st proto to production samples, liaise with internal and external customers to keep tracking the sampling and ensure submitted on time.
- Follow up sample approval status in accordance to production plan and make sure readiness of approval comment for pre-production meeting.
- Ensure final BOM and textile testing requirement and packing instruction readiness before bulk production.
- Handle lab dip and sample prints for submission to ensure approval before buy ready.
- Follow up production status and solve problems during production process and work out solutions to management level to get alignment among all teams to avoid any production impact.
- Follow up over/short shipment quantity as informed by MC Dept/Production until the case is closed.
- Coordinate with production/MC/Shipping to have final ship quantity, as well as cut off time to make sure shipment on-time.
- Send initial, inline, final inspection booking to customer's QC timely to ensure no shipment delay or complaints from customers.
- Monthly report making to measure KPI of on time development and on time bulk shipment.
- Responsible for merchandising activities, assisting with purchase order execution.
Yêu cầu
- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên.
- Tối thiểu 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế.
- Bắt buộc có kiến thức về tính giá thành (costing).
- Thành thạo tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt (nghe, nói, đọc, viết).
- Cá nhân có tổ chức tốt, có khả năng quản lý nhiều công việc cùng lúc, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt, đáp ứng deadline và sẵn sàng học hỏi.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại nhà máy may và/hoặc merchandising.
- Am hiểu về merchandising và phát triển sản phẩm; có năng lực theo dõi sản xuất tốt.
Mức lương
