Trách nhiệm chính
- Monitor and analyse current capacity levels of systems and resources.
- Forecast future capacity requirements based on business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimal resource utilization.
- Track and optimize license (entitlements) usage across infrastructure.
- Prepare and present detailed capacity reports to senior management.
- Identify potential capacity risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Yêu cầu
- You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing IT infrastructure and driving efficiency at a global scale.
- 5+ years of experience in capacity management or related roles.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, capacity planning tools, and data analysis techniques.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable strategies with familiarity on tools like M365, Power BI, Atlassian Suite.
- Leadership & Influence: Confidence to lead meetings, present to senior stakeholders, and drive initiatives forward.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

- Competitive Market Rate Salary - full salary (including SI contribution) during the probation period and 13th-month salary.
