About This Job

- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the accounting office and support the Property Director of Finance and Accounting in providing financial leadership.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital and cash control.
- Assist with capital expenditure plans, including Return on Investment analysis, owner relations and owner reporting.
- Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring compliance with SOPs and LSOPs.
- Prepare and submit timely financial reports, monitor taxes, and maintain strong accounting and operational control to safeguard assets and improve profitability.
- Oversee internal, external and regulatory audit processes, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Provide analytical support during budget reviews, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and advise management on financial issues.
- Conduct human resource activities such as cross‑training, orientation, and development planning for team members.
Yêu cầu
- 4‑year bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required.
