Trách nhiệm chính
- Lead the commercial and affiliate acceleration across social commerce platforms—including TikTok Shop—for L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, and Matrix.
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key platform partners, setting commercial terms, sales targets, and channel investment priorities.
- Design and execute promotional calendars across social channels, monitoring revenue, market share, and conversion metrics.
- Steer affiliate strategies and relationships with creator networks, agencies, and Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs) to scale advocacy and conversions.
- Partner transversally with E-Marketing and Brand teams to align live streaming, merchandising, and paid media activations with brand standards.
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Care to secure product availability, rapid dispatch, and an elevated after-sales experience.
- Analyse consumer journey data and platform performance to identify emerging commercial opportunities.
Yêu cầu
- Proven capability leading commercial negotiations, Joint Business Planning, and promotional budget allocation.
- Direct experience managing social commerce ecosystems (such as TikTok Shop) alongside creator and affiliate networks.
- Practical ability to interpret traffic, conversion rates, and consumer behaviour to optimise the path to purchase.
- Skill in connecting brand marketing, operations, and external commercial partners around shared targets.
- Professional working proficiency in English, comfortable presenting commercial plans and negotiating with external partners.
