About This Job

- Deliver on the Marketing Performance roadmap as a subject matter expert.
- Manage the development, implementation and evaluation of initiatives that increase performance capability across Marketing.
- Drive the use of sophisticated and innovative tools and methods to provide data‑driven measurement solutions supporting strategic decision making across Marketing and Product teams.
- Build and maintain data assets and visualisations to ensure consistent, automated measurement across marketing.
- Provide technical data knowledge across marketing with a primary focus on digital media and marketing mix modelling.
- Maintain and innovate automated media reporting through the DOMO platform.
- Support campaign teams to embed data‑driven decision making into campaign management and optimisation.
- Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam.
Yêu cầu
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing and/or performance insights in Financial Services or related industry.
- Subject matter expertise in Digital Marketing tactics across channels (SEM, Programmatic, Social, Affiliates, etc.) and their source platforms (Google Campaign Manager, SA360, Meta ads manager, Ensighten, Adobe Analytics).
- Excellent understanding of integrated marketing and digital media landscape.
- Strong communication skills, able to convey complex messages in a simple and effective manner.
- Basic understanding of SQL programming language, as well as data visualisation tools, e.g. DOMO/PowerBI.
- Highly developed data analytic skills, working with complex data sets and analysis methods.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to be flexible, efficient and pays attention to detail.
- Ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise and multi‑task.
- Ability to build strong networks with internal & external stakeholders.
