About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Define and execute end-to-end DevSecOps processes, including CI/CD, infrastructure, security, and observability.
- Architect, deploy, and operate scalable, highly available, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD.
- Standardize and manage Kubernetes environments (EKS/on‑prem), covering GPU workloads, networking, ingress, and autoscaling.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform (required) and Ansible for automated provisioning and operations.
- Build and maintain monitoring and observability systems with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, and Datadog.
- Drive DevSecOps best practices such as SAST, DAST, container security, and SBOM.
- Optimize infrastructure cost following FinOps principles.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, AI, Data, and Security teams.
- Develop runbooks, disaster recovery plans, and design high‑availability architectures.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
- Proven experience operating large‑scale production systems (AI/GPU workloads is a strong advantage).
- Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP with solid understanding of HA, DR, and multi‑region architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/on‑prem) and strong understanding of networking (CNI, ingress).
- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD; ability to design full pipelines (build, scan, deploy, rollback).
- Strong hands‑on with Terraform (required); Ansible and Helm are a plus.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Datadog and understanding of APM & distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry is a plus).
- Solid knowledge of DevSecOps practices (SAST, DAST, container security) and experience with tools like Trivy, Dependency‑Track, and DefectDojo.
- Knowledge of Kafka, ClickHouse, or data pipelines.
- Understanding of model reproducibility, GPU workload automation, and advanced deployment patterns (canary, A/B testing, shadow traffic).

- Experience building Internal Developer Platform (IDP).
- Knowledge of tools such as KServe, MLflow, Airflow, and DVC.
- FinOps mindset and cost optimization experience.
- Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, CKA, CKAD).
