Trách nhiệm chính
- Plan the work by breaking scope into milestones and tasks with discipline leads, estimating, sequencing handoffs, and agreeing on the plan the team will be held to.
- Drive execution by running the team's delivery cadence: planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives, tracking progress daily and weekly.
- Hold scope and change by ensuring every change to scope or date goes through you with its impact stated before acceptance.
- Keep work visible by maintaining the team's Jira board accurate and current, including progress, hours, and blockers, and submitting daily and weekly reports.
- Own dependencies and partners by raising and tracking requests to shared services and working with other development leaders.
- Surface risks early by monitoring delivery health, building contingency plans, and resolving bottlenecks before they grow.
- Build the team's way of working by helping new members become productive quickly and improving planning and handoff processes.
Yêu cầu
- 2 to 4 years of experience in software or game‑development projects, including at least 1 year running delivery for a cross‑functional team as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Coordinator.
- Solid command of planning and estimation, scope and change control, and risk and issue management.
- Hands‑on experience in both Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and waterfall environments.
- Strong technical literacy: understanding of the SDLC and enough architecture awareness to follow technical discussions.
- Proven cross‑functional coordination with designers, developers, artists, and testers.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, holding commitments from people you do not manage.
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and pressure with professionalism.
- Confident in Jira or an equivalent tool and in keeping board data trustworthy.
- Good English, written and spoken, and a proactive team player.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Experience in the game development industry and familiarity with a game production lifecycle.
- Knowledge of, or hands‑on experience in, Game UX or UI.
- Experience in a startup or game company, comfortable with ambiguity.
- A recognised project‑management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or a Scrum credential).
- Exposure to languages such as Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, or C++.
