Trách nhiệm chính
- Follow-Up with Borrowers for Documents: regularly communicate with borrowers to obtain necessary documentation for the mortgage process.
- Assist Loan Officers in Calculating Income: help loan officers determine borrower income.
- Assist Loan Officers on Their Tasks: general assistance such as scheduling appointments, answering client queries, preparing paperwork, and ensuring efficient task completion.
- Follow-Up with Borrowers on Home Searching Process: keep in touch with borrowers about home search and provide assistance or advice as needed.
- Document Processing (e.g., Converting Image to PDF): handle and process documents, convert images to PDFs, organize documents for easy access.
Yêu cầu
- Tốt nghiệp Đại Học (University/College graduated).
- At least 1 year of experience working in customer service.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (MUST).
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Able to work under a challenging and high-pressure environment.
- Submit thorough work double-checked for quality and consistency.
- Honest, polite, and fair to others.
- Must be able to work nightshift.
Mức lương
- 20 - 30 triệu VNĐ/tháng
