Trách nhiệm chính
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction managers to develop comprehensive project plans.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed architectural and structural designs, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines, conducting site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the stability and safety of structures, assessing and mitigating potential risks associated with construction activities.
- Select appropriate construction materials based on project requirements, budget, and environmental considerations, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
- Incorporate sustainable practices into design and construction processes, evaluating the environmental impact of projects and implementing green building techniques.
- Prepare detailed reports, blueprints, and documentation for project approval and permits, maintaining accurate records of project progress and changes.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software and structural analysis tools.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team on several projects.
- Knowledge of construction site.
- Hardworking and attention to detail.
- Good teamwork and ethical behavior.
