About This Job

- Drive commercial strategies across Commerce Media Networks, Search, Demand Generation, and Performance Max to achieve client GMV, ROAS, and acquisition goals across Southeast Asia.
- Partner with top digital retailers and marketplaces to architect, scale, and generate business off-site commerce media solutions using Google advertising infrastructure and audience signals.
- Accelerate adoption of Google AI commerce tools and guide advertisers on advanced bidding, first‑party data onboarding, and full‑funnel campaign structures.
- Develop joint business plans, playbooks, and pitch frameworks to upskill LCS account teams and agencies on commerce business generation and performance scaling.
- Serve as regional subject‑matter expert (SME) for digital retail media, synthesizing SEA market trends to inform and influence global product roadmaps.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in retail media networks (RMN/CMN), digital commerce advertising, video commerce or performance marketing within an e‑commerce platform or tech ecosystem.
- Experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands, online marketplaces, or pure‑play e‑commerce merchants on digital media planning.

- Practical experience with shoppable video, live commerce, and social commerce ecosystems driving full‑funnel discovery‑to‑checkout journeys.
- Proven track record in scaling online commerce advertising solutions, including on‑site sponsored ads, off‑site Commerce Media Networks (CMN), or marketplace business generation programs.
- Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently to interact with business stakeholders.
