About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Define user stories, lean canvas, epic, feature, user story, acceptance criteria with Product Owner and stakeholders.
- Plan and engage with stakeholders, estimate backlog, refine backlog, manage risks.
- Translate business problems into data requirements, perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, transformation, build dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel, Power Query), leverage AI tools.
- Decompose work, draft business outcomes, epics, features, user stories, own process maps, interaction models, customer journey maps, structure problems, articulate epics.
Yêu cầu
- 5+ years’ work experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong project experience across multiple business units and complex environments, Agile and Waterfall.
- Advanced skills in business modelling, drawing flows, wireframes, prototypes.
- Good skill in elicitation, requirement analysis, documentation.
- Hands‑on experience influencing and collaborating with Product Owners, Solution Designers, Architects.
- Strong discovery mindset, data cleansing, transformation, reporting workflows.
- Ability to generate insights from data, communicate business impact.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Excel or other data visualisation tools.
- Working knowledge of technical concepts (UI, API, database, system integration).
- Excellent English communication skills, presentation capabilities.
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, detail‑oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted analysis and productivity tools.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Experience or knowledge of BABOK® Knowledge Areas.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related area.
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Experience in UI/UX or user‑centric mindset.
- Any additional certification or training in BA, PO, UX (e.g., PSPO, CSPO, CBAP).
