Trách nhiệm chính
- Provide a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure a professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform hands‑on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Execute other reasonable job duties as requested.

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- No license or certification required
