About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Design and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Identify and document software failures, maintain a database of defects, and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Analyze historical test results to identify problem areas and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct functionality testing and end-to-end business scenario tests for new and existing applications.
- Perform regression testing to identify impacts caused by changes.
- Prepare and deliver reports on testing progress to squad and tribe leads.
- Lead documentation of test results for debugging and software modification.
- Review UAT testing procedures and lead training for business users.
- Manage risk, ensure compliance, and proactively detect operational risks.
- Maintain and update the Master Test Case Library according to company policies and SLAs.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 years of experience in automation testing.
- Proficiency in creating, executing, debugging, and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Experience performing automation testing on web-based, mobile, API, or desktop platforms.
- Ability to design and implement solutions to automate manual testing preparation.
- Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and quality-oriented skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.

- Relevant professional certifications.
- Proficiency in English or Japanese.
