Trách nhiệm chính
- Define strategic direction and quality governance for the vertical, including experience strategy, quality ownership, system governance, and professional anchoring.
- Lead DesignOps and cross‑functional partnership: optimize end‑to‑end design workflow, standardize tools and documentation, and establish design rituals.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing design team while fostering a collaborative, evidence‑based culture.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 7‑9+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, with at least 2‑3 years in a Lead/Manager role leading design teams for high‑scale consumer apps.
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking, complex problem‑solving, and business metrics achieved.
- Strong system thinking and solid foundation in Interaction Design to architect information for complex product ecosystems.
- Ability to conduct research and validate designs using evidence‑based methods.
- Proven track record of architecting, scaling, and driving adoption of complex Design Languages.
- Proven ability to build and scale design processes, manage tooling infrastructure, and optimize hand‑off workflows between Design and Engineering.
- Excellent negotiation and influence skills, able to defend design decisions with data to C‑level executives, Product Heads, and Tech Leads.
