- Analyze financial data and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement annual budget plans, forecasting sales against expenses.
- Monitor actual sales versus projected sales and identify profit improvement opportunities.
- Ensure a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets and enhance profitability.
- Lead and manage the accounting team, communicating strategic goals and delegating responsibilities.
- Oversee internal, external, and regulatory audit processes and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Advise the GM and executive committee on financial and operational issues.
- Manage tax compliance, generate accurate reports, and maintain adherence to local operating procedures.
Yêu cầu
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 2 years experience in finance and accounting or related professional area.
- OR Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and integrity.
- Ability to analyze financial data, forecast, and develop business plans.
- Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and audit oversight.
