Trách nhiệm chính
- Support channel sales teams by translating product expertise into compelling sales strategies.
- Facilitate adoption of Illumina technology across Infectious Disease Testing, Microbial Genomics, Agrigenomics, and Environmental Genomics in ASEAN.
- Communicate customer needs to regional management, product management, marketing, and market development.
- Provide engaging presentations and training to channel partners.
- Attend trade shows and conferences to promote Illumina products.
- Coordinate strategic plans with channel sales and marketing to win new business.
- Identify and interact with key customer types such as public health labs, academic researchers, and professional societies.
- Develop localized sales tools and training materials.
- Spend majority of time in the field connecting customers with channel partners.
- Assist with other business development activities as needed.
Yêu cầu
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Microbiology, Virology, Public Health, Statistical / Population / Molecular Genetics, or Molecular Biology (preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in a related environment.
- Fluency in English required.
- Full-time, remote position.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within district and regionally.
- Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization.
- Ability to work independently on complex problems.

- Lab-based experience in sequencing library prep methods and sequencing instrumentation.
- Experience with DNA microarray technology, molecular diagnostics, or genotyping applications.
- Prior field experience supporting customers in Next Generation Sequencing, array-based genotyping, or molecular diagnostics.
- Network of established customer relationships.
- Business experience.
- Experience reporting basic financial data.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade.
- Proactive initiative and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem solving and interpersonal skills.
