Trách nhiệm chính
- Responsible for all cement physical & chemical tests as per standards for APAC.
- Conduct R&D for new products & raw materials.
- Prepare cement additive samples for testing.
- Maintain test results systematically.
- Communicate results & prepare simple reports for the Line Manager.
- Manage CA Lab equipment including calibration and maintenance.
- Support APAC region on lab proficiency and testing.
- Keep confidential company’s business information and documentation.
- Support concrete team whenever needed or requested by line manager.
- Comply with all laws and Sika regulations, processes, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) minimum requirements.
Yêu cầu
- Education background: Intermediate vocational degree and above.
- Minimum 3-5 years or more experience working in cement plants, well-versed with cement testings especially EN/TCVN, knowledge of ASTM methods is an advantage.
- Testing skills for EN/TCVN standard, ability to communicate in English.
