Trách nhiệm chính
- Plan, direct and implement warehouse operations including cargo and shipment handling, unit load device unloading.
- Execute operational tasks safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Manage communication and coordination on work activities to deliver service performance and quality.
- Act as focal point to support and resolve operational disputes over arrivals and claims.
- Collaborate with QSHE to adhere to safety procedures and minimize property and safety loss.
- Document/label prints, document transfers; conduct customs inspections; truck inspections; checklists; monitor cargo handling.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Air Logistics Operations (Import/Export).
- Solid knowledge of international freight forwarding, logistics, and import/export processes.
- Careful, responsible, detail-oriented.
- Able to work under high pressure and heavy workload, with flexibility to support overtime.
- Able to communicate well in English, both speaking and writing.
