- Maintain, debug and improve our existing CRM/application
- Build new features, tools and applications from a blank repository
- Turn business goals into technical solutions: plan, build, test and deploy
- Integrate APIs and third-party services
- Build AI-powered features and automations
- Work across frontend, backend, databases and APIs
- Identify better technical approaches and propose improvements
- Research unfamiliar technologies and figure out how to use them
- Submit work via pull requests for review before anything goes live
- Send a short end-of-day report: what was done, what's next and any blockers
Yêu cầu
- Daily hands-on experience with Claude Code or comparable AI coding agents
- Solid programming fundamentals
- Experience building web applications
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern web framework such as React/Next.js or equivalent
- Backend, API and database experience
- Git/GitHub and pull-request workflow
- Ability to build independently from a blank repository
- Strong debugging and problem-solving ability
- Good spoken and written English (regular video calls)
- Reliable internet and a dedicated work computer
- At least 4 hours daily overlap with CET
- Willing to sign an NDA

- Starting at $700 USD/month, higher for exceptional candidates.
